Discharged

well finally! I'm back home after an unpleasant night in the hospital. went there to do a minor surgery for the "fatty mutant" inside my body right below my right shoulder. alhamdulillah, the surgery went smoothly okay without any complications.

but like the doctor said, although I'm 19, I'm still a baby girl when it comes to finding veins. wanna know why, my veins was difficult to trace and was just too delicate that the doctor had to use the baby's IV droplets needle for me. woww! still a baby girl I am huh. :D

fair enough the hospital's hospitality was awesomely great, but you know, just as I was about to fall in a deep beautiful sleep, came a patient suffering from a denggi fever. OMG. the noise i tell you.... tested my patience to the worst! urghh!!

so now that I'm back home, just need to be a little more stronger to stand with the wound's itchiness of healing process. damn it's ITCHY!!

and to my darling sweetheart Acap, umi, fabian, akak, daddy, nenek, and KakMaria, thanx so much for the visit. it meant a lot though it was not necessary for you guys to come. I appreciate it a lot. first time in a hospital. first time getting my unblemished skin stitched. first time receiving sick visits from the loved ones. a first time experienced remembered until the last seconds of my breath! ilysm people...

Cooking It, Part1

since I'm gonna be emitted to KPJ Kajang this coming Friday morning for a Lil tinny-whinny surgery, I'm taking all chances i have to eat all the delicious food i want. while i can though. HAHA! so, as usual for dinner, I'm the BIGG STAR of the evening. what did i do? i COOK!!

Dish No1: Stir Fried Bak Choy with Fish Ball in Fish Sauce


The Ingredients:-
3 ties of fresh bak choy
8 fish balls (cut in halves)
1 clove of garlic (sliced as thinly as u possibly can)
5 spoonfuls of fish sauce
fried shallots & garlic for garnish
a dollop of water
some oil to fry

Preparations:-
1. Heat the oil in a heavy duty pan. Saute the garlic together with the fish balls until golden brown.
2. Throw in the bak choy, some water and the fish sauce. Stir all of it together. Close the lid and leave to simmer.
3. Place it in a nice dish and ready to serve!


Dish No2: Honey Orange+Ginger Glazed Chicken & Carrots topped with herbs


The Ingredients:-
8-9 pieces of chicken
2 carrots (roughly sliced to same cooking time)
3 spoonfuls of ground ginger (finely chopped)
2/3 cup of orange juice
1/3 cup of orange marmalade
2 spoonfuls of lemon juice (can be replaced with limau nipis)
some butter to fry
salt & pepper for taste
spring onion/oregano for garnish

Preparations:-
1. Brown the chicken pieces in hot non-stick skillet. Turn it frequently to avoid blacken the meat.
2. Put the carrots to cook together. Season the chicken with some salt and pepper.
3. Pour in the orange juice together with the marmalade, lemon juice and ground ginger. Simmer on a low heat for 25-30 minutes.
4. Place the cooked dish in a nice big plate and top it with the herbs. Ready to be served for 4-6 pax.


So people, don't just read or look at the photo. get your lazy butts up and try the dish out! trying something new is never boring. it adds colours to your taste buds! =D till the next recipes..

Arabian Night

For not having proper meal the whole day, so later then, i had a wonderful fantasticca Arabic dinner with the entire family. there was everyone in the extended family except for Abang who couldn't make it as he had some other errands to do. however, for us those who joined the dinner, damnn it was beautiful! yess indeeed, a beautiful family dinner.. and here it is where pictures do paint thousands of words.......

and yessss. i totally agree. it looks soooo GOODILICIOUS ayte.. just imagine the succulent Arabic roasted chicken melts in your mouth.. the softness of the flash, the tastiness of the spices mixed together, the aroma of the rice eaten together with the tomato chatni.. zaiiisshh!! it was a total MammaMiaFantastico dinner. yess indeed again, it's MOUHTWATERING, DELECIOUS, SCRUMPTIOUS, and deffinitely GLUMPTIOUSS meal for the hungry 11members pack of family. oh and not to forget, i had to wait for my Chocolate Mou Ice Cream for ages. and while waiting, we MOUed aloud enjoying ourselves to the fullest! =D

and since I've been craving for quite a while to have rice for dinner together with my family, this was a great kill for having both birds killed with a stone. look at them. these are the faces and souls that are dear to my heart for aeonian! (yess of course baby, including you my darling KungFuPanda, PoPo) :)

Still can't get enough. we had a YUMMYSSZHHAMMY teh tarik at Sri Neelas Tmn Desa. how the time passes by so fast envying us who enjoyed every minute spent together! a moment remembered forever. my dear family... we gotta do this more often!!!

Urghh, Dilemma

oh my.. when was the last time i had this uneasy feeling.. man, can't recall though.. but still, it isn't something rosey for me to handle.. what choice should i make?? what are the correct phrases should i say?? what this what that?? man, i'm stuck in the middle of a road goin nowhere but on the chair i'm sitting now.. darn..

Ayah:

we're going to head off to malacca next saturday on the CNY holiday break. we're going to attend a wedding, my couzin's wedding. if i'm not mistaken anak mak long, Abg Toyy kot laa. and we're going to spend a night at the nearby challet&have a wonderful scrumptious BBQ with our other caouzins&uncles&aunties..

"Qeela kene ader skali k. Dh lame tak holiday same with ayah's family..", said ayah.

Umie:

we're going to help Fabian out and earn some good money on Valentines, selling&giving off the roses. you can earn some extra pocket money that is reasonably good. and since we're short of human power, we'd be glad if u could join and help us out on tha day also the night before to pack things up.

"if can no need la go Malacca. if you go pun, you're not close to ur couzins anywhere. and knowing u, you'd be mumbling all the night and not enjoy the night..", said umie.

Now, how am i confuse who's heart and hopes should i take the considerations.. my³. ohh am i so blooody confuse with the situation.. damnit! i totally dislike this kind of situation. i hate it! i hate it! i hate it! they're both my parents. they're both very³ superly close to me.. what should i do.. what choice should i make.. what moves should i take.. urrggh, DILEMMA!!

A Thoughtful Trigger..

firstly, i'd like to inform that this story wasn't any of my writtings nor related to my life. i've read it somewhere which i just couldn't remmebr where. but, to be honest, it touched my heart.. i just couldn't imagine if i were in the guy's shoes.. or myb the girl after things happen.. so guys,do enjoy..

There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her.

She told her boyfriend, ‘If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off, she was
able to see everything, including her boyfriend.

He asked her, ‘Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?’

The girl looked at her boyfriend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed eyelids shocked her. She hadn’t expected that. The thought of looking at them rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him. Her boyfriend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying:

‘Take good care of your eyes, my dear, for before they were yours, they were mine.’

OMG, can u just imagine for minute if u were the guy?? would u ever bow down to ur senses and feelings of love towrds the one n only human that u really³ care the entire of ur life?? goodness gracious Lord Allah, i beg for forgiveness from u to always give me the stregth whenever things are rough for me.. what story to keep me on the right track.. again i would like to say that do cherish whatever that u have at hand..

A Message..

*a girl was just about to go out to rturn a CD to her other half when a black Viva stopped by to ask some directions. so then later after she got back home, she received a msg....


boy: next time if sumbdy asks u for directions, pls don't be so brave. they might have some bad intensions and we don't even know bout it. and pls be decent with ur clothing. u can never trust any man. not even me. to an extend though..
girl: ok. oh btw, it wasn't my intention to do so. gonna do my work now.
boy: hurm ok. i'll be asleep then..

*and few minutes later........*

boy: i'm sorry. it doesn't really matter if u didn't do it in ur intention. just that i want u to be more cautious.. while i'm still here, i'll always tell whenever i need to.. later when i'm far away from u, who would be there to look after u...


the girl then stopped doing her work and started wondering what the boy meant. at first she was agitated till she finally remembered what she had looked, before she went to see him. a file of complete medical check and it wasn't something that is an ease to the eyes nor to the heart of somebody who actually really loves him.

what if that was the last time she'll ever receive a msg from him. what if that was the last phone call. what if that was the last time she'll ever hold his hands and see his face. what if... what if... everything is questioned as what if..




sometimes, we just dont' realize treasures that we have at hand. we tend to forget and only when it is missing, we go crazy searching for it. if only we're lucky, we're reunited with it. but, what if it's already too late? will we have a chance to turn back time? no, we will not. the worst enemy when things go wrong is time. they envy us like nobody ever envy u. always girl, always, CHERISH what u have in hand...

sometimes, somewhere, in the world, without any prior notice, miracles do happen before our sight. though it wasn't something that happened directly to me, still it is a miracle up till today. and the Al-Mighty chose 06 January 2010 for the miracle to take its place in the counting days of the year.

how can u fit a parent's annual marriege anniversary with the birthday of their one n only grandson? a lil boy who's turning 3 n dream of becoming The Next Batman together with my parent's 4th year anniversary. =D
does this happen to people everyday or is it really a MIRACLE for a family who longed for total ECLISPE of HAPPINESS?

History It Shall Be

So long goodbye 2009 and HelloMellowe 2010!!!

What a fantastic year it will be, i hope though. As the saying goes,
"let by gone, be by gone.."

Whatever the bitterness and sourness i've went through in the past year, i shall chuck it in a box n hide it deep down in the dark alley of life. only those heavenly sweet memory shall i carry and cherish it the entire coming days. however, it doesn't mean that i'll forget my "arrow sharp" experience, cuz everything that i've went through creates what i am now.

sometimes, some things are better left unsaid. but sometimes, it needs to be voiced out. don't u think so? no man can live alone on an island. but whatever it is, sometimes we too need to stand strong during the worst time of our life. and so, i wish that i can learn more and be a better person for this new year, 2010.

2009 can be and was a mighty crazy roller coster for me, but i shall prepare myself for another bombastic bitter sweet ride for this 2010. and for this, the old book is closed, another beautiful chapter of a new book begins..
